Return and refund policy

Because every Spice Tokyo item is printed to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email a photo of the issue and your order number to shopspicetokyo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
